Hi, can you expanded a bit more such as the product you are looking at or are wanting to input video to?
Seems like some Nebula projector.
But…
Hi Neil
Thanks for the reply, I have a Nebula Capsule, and wondered if the HDMI post could accept a USB pen input via an adapter plug (usb to hdmi)
To my knowledge USB content playback is only supported via the micro USB port with the included adapter.
The same is with the ASTRO.
Input by USB-Stick only by the USB-C input.
I have seens a USB type A to HDMI adapter and just wondered.
AHH the USB A to HDMI is a device needing device drivers and would work only where the drivers exist such as for Windows machines.
The projector can play common format like MP4 and you need the right USB cable (seems it comes with one?). Put a MP4 file on a FAT USB stick and plug in then nose around for file manager type and play the file.
