No Thanksgiving here, but great food of course.
Fresh tuna grilled, little backed potatoes and salad from chayotte.
And red whine, I got from the “patrao” of our preferred bar,
Home made. (without any chemicals he is swearing)
This way we will celebrate with you all.

As far I know those are easy to plant.
Not in Germany.
But we are in olive oil now.
Many different types here.
I got one today “not filtered”.
"Cloudy"or better “turbid”.
One thing is always important : acid < 1%

Yes chayotes are fairly easy to grow, but between those and Bok Choy I could live off those two alone forever. My two favorites, too bad I dont know where I can get them here in North Carolina
