Had an issue with one of my IPX7 & customer service responded swiftly and replaced the unit after trying a few fixes. Customer service was very responsive with emails & the replacement. I could not have expected any better

Shame you had problems. But a true test of a company is when you have an issue.
It sounds like you had a positive aftersales experience which is great to hear
