I’m sure everyone would love that :joy:. 50 pm notifications everytime they get on :joy:.

Honestly though, some group PM’s might not be a bad idea :man_shrugging:

@Alex_Honnor The problem with having a general chat thread is that it goes against a number of the base ‘rules’ of the community and has the ability to spiral out of control quicker than some of the official giveaway threads…plus the inevitable confusion when the thread becomes large, tags/replies don’t work correctly etc etc…

Some of the base rules it would be clashing with;

  • Threads should contain appropriate, helpful, and meaningful content
  • Keep posts on-topic. Take sidetracked conversation to the private messages.
  • No personal attacks, or posting yours or someone else’s personal info
  • Please keep all criticism constructive and respectful.
  • Trading points and/or bucks is not permitted

Yep that’s pretty much on point. Most people have a tendency to chit chat with the same members so a private group chat would be best and has the ability to have other members added as required…
