#Galaxy S20 Ultra vs iPhone 11 Pro Max Test Comparison

@Ice1 yes I have the Apple Card and to be honest it is the best card that I have owned! I use it to pay my Apple services as well as all Subscriptions, iTunes, apps. Having a 3% return is awesome also I used it to finance the iPhone 11 Pro 512gb and got 3% on that as well plus a better price trade in value.

Hey guys.
S20+ is 1 day old today, brief update.
First impressions? Absolutely fantastic!
Missing my iPhone, erm, definitely not!
Struggling with Android? Of course :grimacing:
120hz refresh been on all day, you can notice a little difference - tested briefly.
Screen, camera and processing abilities are outstanding.
Just put on Wakey to charge after being on since 6.30am (17hrs on) and it had 57% battery remaining.
Worth £1000? I’m a gadget guy so of course it is!

That’s good to hear!!

How’s the Camera and zoom… this was the highest pitched feature …

It’s great.
Being the + model it only has the 3x optical/30xdigital zoom but it’s quite acceptable.
I’ll be popping out later and will take a few shots at different focal lengths.

Mkbhd did say no point in 100 zoom as you get identical via photo edit cropping. 30x periscope zoom = improvement, 100x zoom = worse then cropping later as you can pick the best bit of the image to crop to.

That pretty much the jist of it @professor
Although its convenient to have it built into the camera app to save editing after.
I’ve taking a few shots today at set zooms and will upload soon.
Hope your Sunday is treating you well.

These images look great, 0.5 to 10x zoom look good, but the 30x zoom shows the distortion…

These are still better than what iPhones could do

100% agree @Shenoy
30x is ok-ish for reference but not for printing.

I doubt we’ll be seeing the best your phone can show as Anker’s cloud storage will be down-selecting to keep costs down. Most diplays can’t also do justice.

But within that caveat, photos look good.
