Hey everyone, before I start this… I’m pretty tech savvy. However, my new g30 edge robovac will not complete the step two part where you turn the robot on and beams wifi. The logo lights up blue, my wifi list even shows the robot in the list of available networks.
I’ve tried turning on airplane mode and using only wifi, I’ve tried factory reset, I’ve tried reinstalling the app, I’ve tried using a different phone to try and connect… Nothing. And yes I’m using a 2.4ghz band.
It’s just stuck in the picture I’ve uploaded. Disappointed with the product so far
