Hey Everyone,
I recently purchased my eufy floodlight camera and doorbell camera. Everything had been working fine until today when the floodlight cam started flashing and showing disconnected in the app. I had reset my router doing some network troubleshooting today and so I thought I might need to reconnect it but hitting the sync button was doing nothing. I saw some posts about resetting the system by holding sync while powering it up and that did nothing as well. What I do see is the status led is solid red and then every few seconds the floodlights kick on and then it goes back to just the solid red status led. Has anyone else experienced this or know of a solution?
