Sorry to hear that you are having issues with the software upgrade. Have you tried contacting Soundcore? Email them at service@soundcore.com . Hope your issue gets resolved. 
As @Nhi mentioned, try contacting support @AnkerSupport . They should be able help you with resetting the speaker (if its possible). Please mention what steps in the troubleshooting process you have completed, your order information, what your current firmware version it has, and your serial number. These are things support may ask and will help speed up the process.
