firmware and system updates on Eufy products: where can i see what's new in which version

I can see in the app that system and firmware are frequently updated in my products.

I’m searching the website en the forum, but can’t see what’s new in these different system or firmware versions.

i use the following products:

  • HomeBase 2
  • Doorbell T8210
  • eufycam 2
  • And the home security products: keypad, Entry sensors and Motion Sensors

Unfortunately, Anker doesn’t always post the changelog for firmware updates, but there is usually a brief description displayed in the app prior to installing the firmware update (such as “bug fixes and improvements”).

However, if you’re experiencing a specific issue, please reach out to support@eufylife.com and customer service will be happy to look into it for you and see if the issue was addressed in a recent firmware update.
