Firmare update for Life Q30 issues.

Hello All,

I have downloaded update tool from this site:
https://www.soundcore.com/update-firmware

  1. Installed this software
  2. Turned off the headphones
  3. Connected USB to PC
  4. Plugged cable to headphones
  5. pressed play button and power button simultaneously

Unfortunately it does not detect my device. What do I do wrong?

I used this tool: “C:\Program Files (x86)\Anker\Anker Upgrade\1.01\Tools\GetiProduct.exe” however it does not show my headphones.

Can you please tell me if I am doing it right? I was trying two PC already with same result.

You do in use the Soundcore app to update.

As it says in the manual.

Yes, it seem I didn’t read it fully. I have updated headphones from my phone.
