Finding My 11S

Is there a way to “call” my vac when it is stuck somewhere and I can’t find it?

When it gets stuck it beeps.
Then you should try to start it again via remote and it will beep again.
So you may find the RoboVac

Hi @DAVIDWHEELER
The 11s doesn’t have any kind of alert like that - a simple but effective machine.

No apps, no tricks, no errors!

Simply the best!

I loose mine all the time. Its a base model. When my is hidden under something, I try and use the remote to start it up again as @Chiquinho suggested. This only works when your eufy has power.

To fight the eufy from getting stuck under something. I lay rolled up towels along the edges of the couch and media center. I leave the kitchen table chairs flipped up on the table on days the vac runs in that room.

I know this defeats the purpose of automation but it keeps me from dealing with spending time looking for the vac and normally we mop the hard floors in the house on the days the vac cleans those rooms so the chairs need to go up anyways.
