stupid. Windows has auto updates. Sadly people fall for these types of scams.

I have Windows 10 on laptop but don’t use it.
Phone / tablet are both iOS and these are main dailies.

I do use Windows in work but it’s pretty well clamped down

I had to use WIN at the university, because we were developing
programs for all OS platforms.
Now at home there is no more need to use it.
LINUX is OK on the old laptop (would never work with such a WIN10)
and the tablet got Android.

I am trying to move to LINUX but it may take some time to adjust to the UI and due to availability of WIN kind of apps and functions
