Facebook vs. Twitter vs. Instagram

First off, I want to wish the best of luck to everyone on the contest! It ends tonight, and this will by my last thread before it closes :smiley: I hope everyone does well.

Anyways, what’s your favorite social network? Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram? Or is it something that’s not listed?

My favorite is Twitter, because the interface is clean, they’re really light on algorithms, and I like how fast moving it is.

Instagram used to be my favorite, but let’s be honest, Facebook is ruining it.

Also, Facebook already ruined itself years ago, and I barely use it.

The best social network is human, person to person, looking at them in the face and listening to them, I think that is the best way forward. I am concerned when I see people all looking at their mobile phones even if they are sat together. Babies and DNA do not know this yet, our brains are wired to be looking at faces and interaction with real people, if we don’t get it we are basically less wired in our brains and permanently damaged.

Of the online social networking… whatever, I think I prefer Facebook because it has more features, I find Twitter just awkward to use and never used Instagram but I see others do.

More human less tech.

Let’s use tech to spend more human time!

I can’t agree more about the face to face interaction! Truthfully, I am disturbed by this too, and the worst part is, I am a victim. I’ve always struggled with social anxiety, because I’m a “tech-oriented” guy. I’m homeschooled, and the majority of my school work is via computer. So I already don’t see people as regular as others do, and I’m always “in a screen.” I definitely think nothing can beat true, human interaction.

I was around before the internet. So its there as a memory.

Be strong. Your DNA has more in you than you know you can do. Remember natural selection means you are the direct descendant of the strongest of the strongest going back 4 Billion years, so the probability you can be defeated by a bit of metal+plastic is extremely low. You just don’t know it yet.

I personally like Facebook because I use it for social media and also for serious thing such as groups.

Google+ and Twitter. Can’t stand Facebook, too small, clunky and took many ads.

Twitter is my favorite. I, too, like the clean design. I also like the ability to see what’s trending at the moment.
