I recently installed a 767 Powerhouse in the loft of my garage, which will be connected to solar panels above. However, my garage is separate from the house, and the bluetooth signal barely reaches. It is also a little bit of a pain to keep going up there. I would like to find a way to extend the bluetooth signal range (in theory, a bluetooth signal repeater) that would allow me to acquire the signal further into the house, to monitor its performance and control various aspects. Has anyone had success doing this? There are a number of allusions to such a thing on the internet, but nothing obvious that doesn’t require coding or special knowledge. Suggestions?
Extending 767 Powerhouse bluetooth range
I have a similar question, one possible option is to setup a Bluetooth adapter to extend its range. Unfortunately, even if you were successful with extending its Bluetooth range, the Anker 767 Powerhouse will automatically turn off Bluetooth after 12hours of operation. After that time you must be near the machine to turn Bluetooth back on. I suspect it’s a charge protection feature to preserve battery. Currently looking at ways to keep Bluetooth on. Preferable, WiFi would go a long way in solving this issue but the Anker 767 has no WiFi feature.
