How good is AliExpress shipping and delivery to US/Canada. Can we trust them or do you find any issues such as delay in getting your item or incorrect items etc., How good is customer service when you have such an issue?

Nope, since they are a vendor selling on AliExpress platform they have to abide by their rules for warranty. Do a search on here and you will see many times this has come up, hence my warning

Have a quick search on here…there been several instances where a fault has occurred and the purchaser has had issues getting a refund/replacement due to the warranty terms of AliExpress…most of the time Anker have gone beyond the norm to resolve 
I have been through AliExpress, thier warranty policy overrides those of the products, would rather buy directly from Amazon or AnkerDirect (eBay). Not to mention the follow-up to send back faulty item and replacement…

Would say 90%of times things work out well, there is no need for warranty or sending back, but issues have been over the fence on the 10 % … That’s where problems start
