Eufy's Dependency on Adobe Flash Player

Hi. Does anyone including Anker/Eufy employees know of any plans to migrate the browser portal located at https://mysecurity.eufylife.com/#/login to use HTML5, WebGL, etc instead of Adobe Flash to watch live feeds/videos?

Adobe announced the end of Flash in 2020 back in 2017 and even today, some browsers don’t play well with Flash Player. I occasionally get the complaint from browsers that Flash Player is not up to date even though they are. Please see Adobe’s announcement at

Any roadmap news/update would be appreciated because I love the desktop web browser experience as it gives me 24/27" video experience as compared to my smartphone’s teensy tiny video screens to see what is happening around my property.

We are almost at the half way mark of 2020. At the end of 2020, Adobe Flash will potentially no longer work and supported on browsers.

Do we have any status/update as to what Anker/Eufy is doing about this? I am still waiting on a full featured Windows 10 client but in the meantime, if there are no plans to release a Windows 10 non-Flash client, what is Anker/Eufy doing about the deprecation of Flash and what plans are in place to support non-Flash clients on Windows?

I don’t really mind there is not an app for windows 10 yet. The dependency on flash is odd. It has been depricated for years. I think soon there is no option for non mobile use.

I know there is a lot to develop but this should be relatively high on the list and I feel it is not a terribly big project (depending on codec of the video source)

Considering I’ve not had a SINGLE browser work for this at all (brave, chrome, firefox, iceweasel), it’s completely worthless… Get off your BUTT, and update!

Agreed, this is a major pain.
Being forced to use mobile app especially at my work place where mobile signal is extremely unstable(no wifi access) makes remote viewing just about impossible.

Did the flash issue ever get fixed. Wanting to procure a security camera but PC/Browser viewing is a necessity for elderly user.
