EufyHome app can't find l70 hybrid

My Eufy home app found the l70 fine, but my wife’s app doesn’t. Can two users have the app?

First off I do not have the eufy home app but if it is anything like the eufy security app then Yes, two users can use the app. In the eufy security app you have to invite others , this is where it will send an email invitation. You can find it in the top left corner, open options and select “Family and Guests” or “Family Members” They have to create their own account. hope this helps…
