Eufycam2 Pro Not Charging

Does anyone know what may be the issue with my eufycam2 pro not charging when connected to either the base station or a regular wall outlet. I have tried everything including resetting the camera, changing cables etc. I should be seeing a solid blue light but see nothing.

It looks like it might be broken

Depending how depleted the battery is you may have to leave it plugged in overnight and once the charge level is sufficient the led light should come back on

If nothing is working then try getting a refund or get it exchanged
