Eufycam video is purple and grainy

My 3 Kickstarter cameras have been working flawlessly for the last 4 months, so I bought 5 eufycam e’s. But this morning one of my OG cams wouldn’t detect motion and live video is all purple and grainy. I’ve tried everything from turning off and on, to removing and adding it back. I’ve already sent an email to support, so this is just to see if anyone else has had this problem. I’ve been loving these cameras so far, and I’m sure eufy will fix or replace my broken one, so I’m not too worried.

Anyone else have this problem?

Already had the same issue and problems with one of my cams some months ago, see here:

It event more worse next days, but can’t find the picture anymore, but the above sould be enough to see the “problem”. Send email to support@eufylife.com and ask for replacement cam in this warranty case.

@yamyam Indeed. This is the same issue. Cam has definitely gotten worse since I posted those pics.
