Reinstall the app seems to work for everyone. It worked for me
I have this same problem on an iPhone, after about ½ hour with a level 2 technician, he suggested a level 5 technician that I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR!!!
I have only had the EufyCam 2c Pro for 3 days!!
Not impressed with this TRIPE !
