Eufycam Motion Not Detected

I have the issue with Eufycam.
First it was the issues which happened to many of them, motion detected, recorded but no push notification. After trying everything, I brought it to the shop and had this cam exchanged.

Now, this new cam, no detection, no recording, no push notification, unless I stay very close to the camera.

I moved my camera into the house with different background (not bushy) then it works fine. But I need my camera at the bush area where dog walkers always leave their dog’s stuff behind.

I wonder in this case is because of the bush area I located my camera? But previous camera could do the work very well even at bush area. The base is also very close to the camera.

We have released a new firmware allowing you to position the Homebase without an internet cable connection to extend the wifi range. Please open the app and try the wifi connection via My device>Homebase Name>Homebase Settings>Connection>Wifi Setup.

You can then unplug the network cable and change the home base connection to WiFi, allowing you to move the Homebase closer to where the cameras are located. This should improve the connection issue, but if not, just let us know so we can offer further assistance.

Yes I use WiFi since beginning and I put this home base near the camera and the connection is strong but not detecting motion until I purposely stay very close to the camera. Is that because of the bushy background with trees? Some camera seems not have this problem with trees but this one does, as i tried to bring it to somewhere less messy background then it works ok. But I need this camera at where the bush is because that’s the walking path where people always walk their dogs and make a mess.
