Just bought a 4 eufycam kit. Is it normal for live stream to lag by 1 or 2 seconds eventhough I have switched of recording?

Yes it is. And 1-2 s is quite fast, some have more.
Think mine are 6 to 10s depending on which camera, after charging it’s a pain to adjust after putting them back
Wonder if anyone ever uses the 2 way audio & how well it goes
About 2-4 lag on mine, which could be worse I guess 
As for the 2 way audio, used it during test footage for a review I keep meaning to get back to but other than that not used it myself yet…never felt the need to yell at the postman to close the gate on his way back out

2 way audio is just a gimmick as quality and lag makes it not really useable. Because of the noise and unintelligibility I just use it to scare away animals or unwanted humans.
If you do find yourself yelling at the postman, please make sure to include it on your review!!

… and don’t forget to yell at him about 5-10 seconds BEFORE he enters the range of the cam … else he will miss it by virtue of the lag and be already gone again when the eufy cam will start to croak

As with others lagging is normal. I have a few WiFi cameras from other companies and they all lag. I found in my experience, it depends on how far away the camera is from the base/router, how fast is the router/network, and what kind traffic and how traffic there is.
