How long does the new EufyCam homebase update take? It’s been running for 50 minutes on my Android device. On my Apple it isn’t even asking for an update.

It should not take that long. You may want to reach out to eufy support. They even have a live chat help on the website that has been very helpful for me

Actually, Anker support have said it could take up to 2 hours to update. Just keep it plugged in and updating and let it do it’s thing
