EufyCam E stop to work

Hello everyone, I’ve a bundle with HomeBase and two Eufy Cam E. Suddenly, one of two camera has stop to work: in the app i reade “low battery” but it’s impossibile, because the battery was full. Now i have connect camera to power supply and there is a red led. Whan i press sync button for two second no sound. When i press syn button for 10 second there is a bip, but camera is not recognized.

please give the camera a few hours to fully charge before trying to reconnect it. I have had a firmware upgrade that depleted my battery rather fast with minimal activity, they have since corrected this issue so it may have been a similar situation for your camera where the firmware update killed the battery. Once you get it fully charged, try checking manually for a firmware update and if so apply it and see how the battery last after that. And yes, I have 2 cameras and only 1 of them had the low battery issue.
