Bad IR system on that camera me thinks. With an old digital camera, if you remove the IR filter and add some magenta photo gel you get something similar.
Indeed, as i had the same or similar problem with one of my cams about half a year ago!
@Zond2 as @TechMan already said correctly. If your cams firmware and your homebases firmware and your app are all up to date and the problem persists, you need to contact support@eufylife.com and explain your issue and that your camera needs to be replaced by warranty case.
They will assist you and send you a new cam as soon as the failing one got returned.

Looks like a missing IR filter to me or faulty outside light sensor causing it to be stuck in night mode. Try a firmware update like @yamyam said.
