Eufycam 2C Homekit

Hi Anker community :slight_smile:

Two day ago I bought Eufycam2C. I am very surprised by the high quality of these devices.
The EufySeurity app works perfectly.

I bought these cameras because they also support Apple Homekit.
Unfortunately, there is a problem with working with Homekit. If I’m at home connected to wifi everything works great. Unfortunately, when I’m away from home and I use a cellular, cameras are not available through homekit …
Other devices in homekit, e.g. Philips Hue and others, work fine. I’m using appleTV as a bridge.
using cellular outside the home I can connect to cameras only through the EufySecurity application.

please help.

Typically if you are having out of home issues, I would try to restart whichever device is your HomeKit Hub (Apple TV, HomePod, iPad). Also, you are not using any kind of adblocking or VPN software on your mobile device, correct?

@adammiarka I could be wrong but Adblocking has nothing to do with HomeKit! That is tied to web browsing. Now for the VPN most defiantly that will be a problem on HomeKit especially with security divices. @Cola80 I would try resetting your phones network settings this helps in a lot of ways when you have outside connection issues.
