When it will be possible to connect the new Eufycam 2 to the old Base Station?

The good news is the eufycam 2 is now available to add to the old Homebase station once you had the firmware updated.
In order to further assist you, please email us your eufy account and the Homebase serial number to support@eufylife.com.
Remember your satisfaction is our top priority and we will be sure to resolve the issue for you.
I have tried to do that, but the Android app said they are incompatible. Do I need to wait for an app update?
Contact the Support. They will help you to update the firmware from your Home Base then it will be possible to add the Eufycam 2.
Tell them the firmware versions ot the homebase and the serial number and they will be able to help you.

I had contact with the support and the installed by theiself a customized version on my Home Base. The askes for my serial number and installed the firmware directly over the internet.
