Hello,
I arrived at the office today to find out that the internet connection in the building went down overnight.
My security mode is set to Geofencing with the alarms activated, so there is problem nr 1:
App says Homebase is down, so I can’t connect to the system and set it to Disarm mode, not even when on the same Wifi network. This means I cannot enter the office and will have to wait outside to prevent the alarms from triggering.
This is not just a Geofencing problem, it would also be the case if I had set the mode manually to Away when I left.
After a while I managed to get the internet connection working again and Geofencing switched to Disarm mode, that worked great. But now for problem nr 2:
There is no message or System event present that the connection went down in the App, like it never happened. This should be detected by the Homebase and logged.
There has been a break in before in the building and last time they cut the power presumably a night before to see if any alarms would be triggered and did the same when they came back the night after. If these event where logged you could detect this suspicious outtages.

I suppose the Homebases are monitored from a central location; Then you could also send a Push message to the client when the system goes down or is unresponsive for an x period of time.
