Any deals for add on cameras in the USA? I’ve a got the EufyCam2 kit and bought a eufycam2c setup just for extra cameras and threw away the base. It’s a shame that I can get a better deal to add on cameras by buying a whole kit and throwing away the unneeded base. I really want the “EufyCam” with Ai. Anybody know if Ai will work on my EufyCam2 base?
AI already works with the 2C, not sure if you needed to keep the Homebase 2 or not. Pretty sure the camera itself has the AI
No, EufyCam2 and EufyCam2c both have facial detection and human detection but only the EufyCam has the facial recognition. The 2C camera is $99 for a add on where as the EufyCam is $199 and only available directly from the EufyCam site too, it’s not on Amazon.
I ended up just buying a now 3rd kit and will have another yet another wasted base. I’ll play around and see if I can integrate the extra base and expand my coverage area and still keep them all on the one app together.
With the $50 amazon coupon on the 2C you essentially get an extra base station for 1 cent.

Super offer, purchased 3 cameras. Some days ago I have missed the sale for 2c cameras for 79 eur, but this camera is even better choice. Have Homebase1 which offers even for Cam2 AI face recognition + battery operating homebase.

If I switch to the 2C base station vs the EufyCam2 base station would the Ai Facial recognition work in addition to the Hunan direction and facial direction?

No, you need to use homebase 1. This only supports onboard facial recognition.
