Eufy wont get off his station

We have an issue and cant figure out what is wrong. We have a Eufy Robovac 11s. We have it on the charging station and the light is blue. We then take the remote and click the center (start/stop) button. It then blinks and turns a slow blinking orange and never leaves the base.

Help please we need our EUFY healthy.

Have you tried ON/OFF (main switch) at the bottom?
If you start it by a “program-button”
(Not the center start/stop button) at the remote?

What does the S11 do,
when you remove him by hand from the charger and start it?
