Eufy Videobell Alexa Lag

Hi guys,

using the EUfy Videobell for quite a while now and i realized that sometimes the ring tone on my amazon echos is delayed for 10-20 mins. The eufy app instantly popups after ringing, only the amazon echos cause this problem.

Who else has this problem?

My ISP connection is fine with 250 Mbit down and 50 Mbit up.

Delete it from your account and repair them, sometimes after updates it can screw the settings up so also check that

I already did. The strange thing is sometimes it works fine, sometimes with the huge delay.
