Hello people!
I’ve got myself a few P24s and some Solocam Pro and I’m running into issues that makes them basically unusable now.
The P24’s stopped motion tracking and giving me the orange bits of recordings so I can download when I have motion. Mind you, that’s always in continuous recording mode.
The Solocam Pro simply doesn’t trigger when it detects motion, no video recorded (settings for 5s trigger, 120 clips).
I’ve tried: updating firmware, updating app, reinstalling app, clearing cache, data, resetting cameras, rebooting them, rebooting router, turning off all wifi devices connected to the router and only cameras connected, one by one.
Nothing worked.
Anything from Eufy or anyone found a solution to this kind of issue, please?
