Eufy smart plug will not connect

I am trying to connect a eufy smart plug using the eufy app.
The app finds the device ok but I get a message saying “connected, no internet”.
The signal strength is good, speed is 72Mbps, frequency is 2.4GHz.

Hi @davidirving54 have you tried the troubleshooting steps in the user manual here ?

Might be worth giving your router a restart to see if this resolves the ‘no internet’ issues. Failing none of the troubleshooting steps working you can reach out to support@eufylife.com for further assistance :slight_smile:
