My eufy has started making a clicking/chugging noise consistently when it’s running. Everything is clean and spinning normally. The sound seems to come from the front, but I don’t see anything wrong.

There is a little wheel under the front part.
Have you checked if there is any debris or hair which might cause that “clicking”.
Otherwise it could be the roller brush
At one end there is a wheel. This should be clean and mobile.
front wheel spins and rotates easily. It makes the sound even if i take the roller and brushes off
OK.
Is there any warranty on your RoboVac?
I suppose there is something wrong with a gear wheel inside.
But you know those diagnosis from far away is very difficult. 
You should contact the support after creating a video added.
Best would be a phone call.
