Eufy Security, Wi-Fi Video Doorbell doesn't detect some visitors

My eufy Wi-Fi Video Doorbell has started to miss some visitors coming to my front porch. It fails to detect human motion maybe 20% of the time, although it will sometimes record bushes moving in the wind, my car tire, and even the lights above my garage door, thinking they’re human. I re-booted it to no avail. Any suggestions?

Have you tried adjusting the sensitivity settings and/or any detection areas within the app?
