@Shenoy @Fuu_bar, So I double checked with the eufy event team.

There was an event back in March that was offering motion sensors as the prize, but the sensors were short of stock for a long time, so they decided to send winners an indoor Cam instead to avoid longer waits.

Canā€™t really recall the event myself as I was not here yet in March :face_with_monocle: But you guys might remember which one it is

I guess the request ā€œlooking for moderatorsā€ is the reason why new topics are not getting posted? I created a new topic twice yesterday (thought maybe something went wrong with the first one) and it still has not been posted yet. Is it just really slow due to lack of moderators, is this typical?

There could/should be moderators using that cameras.

Is your topic not being posted or answered? If the former, it may be due to your account being new on the community and having posting restrictions. You may want to PM the community admin on the Eufy community.

nope, not appliedā€¦ video security is a good to have for me, and not keen on itā€¦ :slight_smile:

I like the new Eufy Pan and Tilt cam ā€¦ keeps tracking us at home :eyes:
