I have a Homebase 3, four S330 cameras and two mini-cams. I have tried all the tips and tricks to enable geofencing to no avail. We have two iPhones enabled, both set up exactly the same and one is stuck in the zone and the other won’t move from out of the zone.
I haven’t bothered contacting Eufy Support as I’m still waiting (three weeks so far) for them to get back to me after a problem with the 3-in-1 Video Lock/Doorbell had been escalated.
If there’s a problem with your Eufy stuff, you’re on your own…
