Eufy Security Events/Videos not visible on the Web/App

Hi Guys,

I have 2x EufyCam2 and EufyCam 2C +HomeBase in use. Since 3 Days, I do get a Notification after 7pm CET (Germany) for a Alarm/Motion etc. if I select the Notification on my iPhone I can watch the record, but as soon I want to watch it later in the Events Tab on the App, nothing is available , event in the Cloud those Events are not available?

I rebooted the entire System, as well as reseted everything, but nothing works anymore.No Schedule etc set.

Any Ideas?
