I have some non-eufy cams, and these serve the purpose, fine with those, so far my first and only eufy Security product is Eufy Entry Sensor, plan to test / use it next week

Looks like it Requires eufy HomeBase to use. HomeBase not included in the package, needs to be bought separately. Meaning it will stay in the Box

I think I seen at the Eufy community that they were working on a fix for this. This is a big issue for people who are new to the Eufy environment

I will pick up the Door Sensors and Motion detectors but only when they have IFTTT integration. I would want it to turn lights on etc if nighttime and things like that so camera’s can capture better footage.

Can standalone HomeBase be bought separately?Currently eufy doesn’t sell homebase2 separately but they sell separately in next generation of homebase.
Meaning the unit i have will sit tight in the Box i received!

@Shenoy now that you have an extra sensor, you can buy eufy security kit package that comes with a homebase 
or one of the eufycam or the doorbell

I agree on needing the option for professional monitoring on the alarm system. I am have setup one door sensor to test before buying enough for all doors and windows. I spoke with my wife last night and she would not want an alarm system that does not have the ability to be monitored 24x7x365 by a service. Since there are companies that provide the service with any monitoring system, this should be a fairly easy thing for Anker to negotiate and provide in a software update by connecting to the monitoring service provider through an API, with optional equipment for cellular and traditional landline connecting.

A eufy spokesman on Amazon.com said that the Home Security Alarm System is compatible with the eufy E HomeBase.
Can somebody please confirm this?
Why do you advertise that the “entire system links with eufyCam 2/2C,” when you have confirmed that it also will work with the eufyCam E HomeBase?
Why make certain people think they have to buy another HomeBase to use this system? Some, like me, would prefer to only have to buy a keypad and sensors.
The siren is in the HomeBase.
Yes, you can buy the other parts separately if you already have a HomeBase.

After months of researching Home Security Systems, including the Simplisafe, SafeStreets (ADT), Nest, etc., I decided to get the Eufy Security Alarm System.
First off, I am extremely pleased with it. I already had a eufyCam E system with the HomeBase E. So, all I had to buy were the keypad, motion sensors and door sensors.
The system replaced two older systems in my house, and it was very easy to install. It’s also extremely customizable, and I have set mine up into four available modes: Home (for bedtime), Away (for when I’m gone), Front cameras only (for when I’m in the house during the day), and Off (for when I’m mowing the lawn and don’t want to trigger cameras).
I’m hoping that some day eufy adds a Smoke/Carbon Monoxide Detector, and a water leak detector (for my basement).
I highly recommend the Eufy Security Alarm System; it is the best out there … especially if you already have part of the eufy system.
