Eufy Robovac 30C is not appear in wifi list of iphone

I just received the Eufy Robovac 30c 5 days ago. First, I connected wifi successfully from the Eufyhome app to the vacuum in my office. Then when I brought it to my home, I didn’t find the name of the robot in wifi list and can not connect

Are you using the 5Ghz wifi at your house? If so then that would be why, as the robovac will only work on the 2.4Ghz band.
