Eufy RoboVac 30C - BoostIQ not kicking in

Hi All.

So I just bought a RoboVac 30c which has the boostIQ function. The problem is that even though I have set the boostIQ ffunction to kick in, when it goes on the carpet there is simply no differnece in the suction, if I manually switch it to MAX then yes I can notice the difference but that obviously defeats the purpose of boostIQ. I have tried this on on low pile, medium pile and high pile with same results. Also tried with both remote and the app. no difference.

I love the overall experience with the robot other than this issue. Can any one help?

Make sure on the remote you press the Fan Icon twice to have the BoostIQ enabled. Also, when RoboVac starts cleaning in Auto or Quick mode the next time, it will clean according to the suction power level you previously selected.

Can you confirm if BoostIQ was the last selected option.

Also it may be worth writing to Eufy support support@eufylife.com to get detailed steps / response for this behaviour by Robovac
