eufy pan & tilt cameras not responding in Security app

I have 2 Eufy Indoor Pan&Tilt (Model T840) cameras that were working fine up until today. They are both setup in the Eufy Security app, patched with latest firmware, and are both visible and working in Apple Homekit, but not responding from the Eufy Security app itself.

I cannot view stored video clips or get the live view through their own app.

The odd thing is that I can see that they are online and streaming from the Apple Homekit. I am nowhere near the devices in question (1000 miles away), so manually resetting them or unplugging is not an option.
