I’ve read Eufy used to have a person recognition feature which would identify who exactly is on camera or approaching your door. Why was this removed and are there any plans to add such a feature back in your eufy cams?
This would be a favorite feature of mine instead of having to open the app to see who is on camera each time.
Hi @Justmarbz1 this was only available on certain models of camera that I’m aware of. You would be best reaching out to support@eufylife.com or visiting the dedicate Eufy Community to enquire if the feature is likely to be re-instated (if removed) and/or added to future camera releases.
