Hey there,
I got a firmware update notification when I open up the app last night.
I hit the apply. Then after a while device announced that it is going to restart itself. But it never started up. It keeps blinking two blue led slowly.
I was wondering if anybody else has this problem?
Try a reset by opening the battery case unplug the battery and plug it again after a while.
If this doesn’t work do that update again.

pressing and holding the power button while the device docked didnt help. And then, as support suggested i moved the device beside to the router. Then pressing and holding the power button for 10sec did work. That’s solved my problem
