Eufy HomeBaseS380 can not see any recordings

The app use to work and I could go back and view recordings but after the update I have not been able to view any recordings. The app says “No Events” I know there are events and the storage usage keeps going up. I have restarted all the devices, I have uninstalled the app on my Samsung S21 Ultra but I am still unable to see any events. On the home screen where you can see a preview of the last recording there is a box in the lower right hand side that give a number of events and there are numbers in that box but when I click on it “No Events this day” and I have gone back months and nothing shows.
