Eufy HomeBase Power Adapter/Cable Problem

Hi all,

I’ve already had two Eufy cameras working nice with its HomeBase. Based on my good experience, I bought the new additional set.

The problem is that the new HomeBase dose not work with its power adapter/cable. We first thought that it has the problem. But, when we tested it with the cable of our first HomeBase, it worked properly. Where can I find this power adapter (ASSA67W-120200) or if I can use some other?

Hi @EGW sorry to hear of your issue. I would suggest you reach out to support@eufylife.com with your serial number and proof of purchase to have a replacement cable shipped.
