That’s an epic deal right there!

Doesn’t this always cost $20?

Alexa sucks big time on any non Amazon speaker
I’ve had 2 Zolo Halo’s fail on me already. Never again

Nice deal but i already have one of these. im not really a fan of it as its quit useless for me and i dont even use it.

I have couple of Zolo Mojo, these work great! Yet to see any failures or misses on commands for Google Assistant…

Alexa is very low on standard compared to Google Assistant

Yes absolutely. I also replaced one of my Zolo Halo with Mojo and am very happy with its performance.

I use Alexa in my home and it’s been great.

Just shared this for those that would be interested.

I have the echo dot. What can Genie do that Echo cannot?

I really wanted to get a eufy genie but its not currently on my priority list. My daughter has a Google Mini and she loves it! Just bought the Lumos 2.0 for her room… so what is the difference between these? I too would love to know what the Genie can do that the Echo can’t!

+1 what is the difference?

Read the article guys.

If you DON’T have an Echo Dot, get the Genie for $20 which is basically the same thing, except cheaper.

I heard and read few reviews here that this is not as good as Echo Dot… If it is not able to perform same Alexa skills as the original Echo does, then no use of going to a cheaper option.

See, this is exactly what I wanted to hear. So there are some differences! At this point I would rather have a genie at $20 than spend twice as much for the dot… Just as long as the genie can do the basic things and work flawless with Anker items such as the Lumos.

For my the whole point of owning Alexa is being able to use the Alexa skills. If Genie does not perform good with the skills of not just Eufy skills, it is a major flaw.

Try asking questions to Alexa about Tax or general news … or Regular happening or These don’t work unless you enable skills… The same with Google Assistant (GA) gets you quick responses … Plus schedules. Enabling or integration with devices is simpler with GA than enabling individual skills with multiple steps on the actual device app & Alexa…

End of the day, use the assistant which serves you the most with minimum “No” response :innocent:
