Eufy Genie (Alexa Echo)

I have 2 Eufy Genies and they are not on the latest firmware.
How can I update the device?
Is the Eufy Genie device still supported?

I know this reply is 11 months late, but I bought a new Eufy Genie speaker on ebay. Works fine, will connect to our Internet, but it will not connect to Amazon Alexa. I called Anker and all they said was that it is not supported anymore (seemed like a guess on their part, since they are not being manufactured anymore). They didn’t offer any solution or update that we could do on it. Grrr.
