Eufy Floodlight light and detection issues

HI,

I have a Eufy Floodlight above my garage that looks over my driveway and also the road.

I have the following issues.

  1. I have the light set one above the minimum distance for detection and yet it seems to come on constantly at night if anything comes into the entire field of vision of the camera.

  2. I setup the detection boxes on my driveway so cars driving past would not trigger the camera/light but every single car that drives past triggers both the camera and light.

Its like the boy who cried wolf, so many false positives will make me disregard it entirely eventually.

There’s a special community for Eufy, try there (similar users to here so give time for them to check) and also wait for support to help from Monday.

I’d check out the Eufy Community. You will a lot more knowledge able people that can help you. You might even find this issue already resolved over there.

I’d recommend doing a reset and then making sure my floodlight has the latest firmware. If you still face the same issues then contact support
