Eufy floodlight 2K issues

Just got this new cam today and encountered a major issue: motion triggered recordings cannot be played back. When I try to play a recording, the app will display a static image and I can hear some sound from the recording, but there is just a constant loading logo in the middle of the screen with no video. Then it errors out after a while saying “unable to play live feed”

Tried rebooting the cam, switching to 1080p recordings etc, nothing helps. Live video feeds work, and I can record videos off the live feed and it saves on the phone perfectly.

I already have the 1080p floodlight & 2K doorbell cams installed previously and none had any issues with playback.

I have the latest firmware 2.0.3.1h
